  • It depends. All sessions are customized based on your needs. The design begins with your objectives and why an in-person or online workshop, keynote, or training is the answer. My first question is always the same: “What do you hope participants gain from our time together?” From here, our adventures begin.

    Based on sound research and theory, I present all material in a user-friendly manner that is easy to understand. My approach is lighthearted, interactive, and experiential. Typical audiences range from c-level executives to senior leaders, and middle managers to front-line staff. As you will see from my client list, I have worked with organizations of all shapes and sizes. People are people wherever I go.

My approach is flexible; I’ve given 15 minute lectures and facilitated three-day retreats. We will work together to pinpoint the best format for learning as part of our collaborative design process.
