  • It depends. All sessions are customized based on your needs. The design begins with your objectives and why an in-person or online workshop, keynote, or training is the answer. My first question is always the same: “What do you hope participants gain from our time together?” From here, our adventures begin.

    Based on sound research and theory, I present all material in a user-friendly manner that is easy to understand. My approach is lighthearted, interactive, and experiential. Typical audiences range from c-level executives to senior leaders, and middle managers to front-line staff. As you will see from my client list, I have worked with organizations of all shapes and sizes. People are people wherever I go.

  • The length of a presentation of any type, whether speech or program, depends on your needs and objectives. My approach is flexible; I’ve given 15 minute lectures and facilitated three-day retreats. We will work together to pinpoint the best format for learning as part of our collaborative design process.

  • Feeling stuck? This interactive session will help you break through common barriers to creative problem-solving. I’ll provide tips and tools to manage your cognitive biases and think creatively. By the end, you’ll have the knowledge to tackle problems creatively and confidently.

  • According to some sources, more than 180 cognitive biases impact our ability to assess a situation. All humans (individually and collectively) battle cognitive biases that hinder their ability to make good decisions. Knowing these biases will help you/the team be more mindful when designing your process. As you read, pay close attention to where you see each other at work, in your family, online, and in the media.
