Don’t Fool Yourself: There Is an “I” in Team

I hear this wish a lot, from leaders and employees alike: “We want to be a great team.” But what are the attributes of effective teams, and more importantly, how can we get there? Growing from a group of co-workers into a team on a mission takes skill. This session explores both topics, as well as some of the difficult questions the group will need to confront on their way to becoming Team 2.0.
