Even though you work remotely, you still need to develop your team. This session is like a ropes course for the digital age — all the same challenges, but without the helmets, the woods, and an 18-year-old facilitator named Jimmy. This workshop is online and digital. I’ve adapted some tried and true activities to the digital space, and we explore multiple attributes of effective teams through a new and fresh perspective.
